How Ben Proposed

It started in the morning on Friday while he was at work, he had his niece, sister and mom all call me and sent me to different places over-looking the valley to take pictures. Then I got a text telling me to go to the conference center to meet "the love of my life" So i went and feed the meter like $4 so we'd have enough time to walk around temple square ( I was pretty sure he might pop the question at this point) I went and found ben then he said"Ready to go."
so we went back to the car and drove around salt lake because he had dinner planned for us at 5:30. then we went to dinner at olive garden(my favorite) we ate then i was ready to go and he was like no let's get desert. So he asked for a menu, then took like 30 minutes to order!! finally he decided on something and they were like-it will take a few minutes, so ben got up and said he had to go to the bathroom then He never came back!! instead brynn came and informed me she would be my chauffeur, so then i really knew something was up. So brynn drove me to Bonneville Glen Park and ben was standing there holding a red rose. I got out of the car and brynn drove away. Then ben told me that the rose he was holding was 1 of 12 roses and I had to find the other 11. So I walked up through the trail and found all 12 roses. Then Ben said "okay ready to go" and it was quite and pretty so i said i'd like to stay longer and enjoy the scenery, next ben asked me to dance, and he started playing our song and we danced, then after we danced he told me how much he loved me and he got down on his knee, and said alot of sweet stuff like he'd always love me as long as i let him, and he'd do the dishes and take out the trash, and always take care of me, and always be there for me, and a whole lot of stuff then asked if i'd please marry him( and i was crying, so was he) so i just shook my head yes. and he hugged me and brynn was there taking pictures and it was beautiful, and perfect.

Gaurdian angel

The other night I was driving home it was like 10:30 and I was really tired, anyway I was at about 15 minute form home and I started dozing off, then I woke myself up and turned my radio up loud ( it was on classic rock) Next thing I know its 12:30 and I'm in my car parked in a parking lot, with my windows rolled up (they were down before) doors locked and my radio on country music.It was so weird and it just confirmed to me that God is watching and I have loved ones in heaven who are taking care of me, I don't know what or who got me to that parking lot but I know it wasn't me and I am so blessed to have guardian angels and a Father in Heaven who has a plan for me.

Summer Lovin'

We have had a very very fun summer!!! LOts of swimming, picnicking, playing in the mountains, tubing (not as fun as it seems) and water sliding!

On the 3rd of July my neighborhood throws a huge summer blasts with one of those huge inflatable water slides! It was so much fun! Even my Mom and Aunt Nancy went down the slide they fell off the back before they actually got up there it was hysterical, everybody was laughing including them which made it even more funny! Kevin came over and he loved the slide! Tina Emily and I all went at the same time that was a blast. I think Carlos would win the award for biggest splash that or when Ben and I went at the same time. Carley spent most of the time trying to climb up the slide and all the little kids spent their time trying to knock her down. Overall it was so much fun and the perfect day to spend with the family outside!
